Arch Curl: Posterior Pelvic Floor

This class focuses on the back‑line pelvic floor muscles—the piriformis, coccygeus, and iliococcygeus, among others. Using the back of the head as a secondary reference, you’ll track how these tissues lengthen, shorten, lift, soften, and reorient as you map and move. This area often reflects the emotional pattern of holding on—gripping what feels hard to release and bracing against forward motion.
