Arch Curl: Tailbone Transverse Processes

The tailbone, also known as the coccyx, features small bony protrusions on the sides of the uppermost segment called transverse processes. This class explores how these move side-to-side and how they can change their orientation relative to the knees. The tailbone is an important movement concept in The Fajardo Method (R) and for those experiencing back or lower body pain. This class is also an important stepping stone for using the tailbone as an indicator of the autonomic nervous system and developing a tool in the toolbox for nervous system adaptability.
