The Prism Perspective: My Favorite Things 🎼

Hello Friends,
Radius on carpals and glenoid with humerus
Cartilage is binding the ribs to sternum
Pelvis is dancing with femur in swing
These are a few of my favorite things. 🎵
Tibia on talus and phalanges dancing
Frenulum and xiphoids and tuberosities sing
Sphenoid that soars with its butterfly wings
These are a few of my favorite things. 🎶
Weighted Blanket - weight applied to the body offers valve system adaptability and generally increases internal pressure while being used.
Weighted Stuffie - same as above just way cuter. (My niece refers to hers as Big Guy. He goes everywhere Mom will lug him around.)
Sandbag - the adult boring version of the stuffie, and also 10lbs. I use mine nightly - placed on my chest and used to prop my book on.
Pinky Balls or just plain tennis balls. They double as dog toys.
Foam Roller - mapping tool, or as some of you have expressed, the tool you love to hate
Activities, not things...
Onwards, Amy
