Targeted Body Mapping Classes for Your At-Home Practice

Explore shorter body mapping classes and guided audio visualizations—whether you want more support between sessions or classes or you’re new to Prism and looking for a simple place to begin.

Each resource is a 1-week rental because your nervous system learns through repetition. We recommend practicing daily for one week to help a new motor pattern begin to “upload,” then moving to a new focus the following week.

Give The Gift Of Movement

Support a Loved One’s Healing Journey

Know someone working through chronic pain, work burnout, or athletic recovery? Help them build their at-home body mapping practice or jumpstart their private care.

Mini Body Mapping Classes

Short, targeted video practices focused on specific areas of the body.

These are a simple way to experience body mapping, support your 1:1 homework, or explore a specific focus without committing to a full-length class.

Equipment Needed: Mat + Stool or Chair

Equipment Needed: Set of 2 Small Balls

Audio Visualizations

Guided audio practices that help you map key areas of the body, deepen internal awareness, and support your nervous system without needing to follow a full video class.

These are a simple way to practice body mapping without a screen—especially when you’re traveling, short on time, or looking for a more internal, focused experience.

The Valve System (No Equipment Needed)

These practices are designed to support the body’s internal “valve system”—the rhythmic pumping action that helps coordinate circulation, respiration, digestion, lymphatic flow, fascial hydration, and overall system regulation.

These are especially helpful when your nervous system feels depleted, overloaded, or “tanked” and needs support coming back online.

Horizontal Bands (No Equipment Needed)

These practices are designed to support the body’s horizontal fascial bands—areas of connective tissue that help create space, support movement, and organize how different parts of the body relate to each other.

These are especially helpful when your body feels compressed, restricted, “sticky,” or braced, and you want to support more ease, spaciousness, and freedom of movement.
