Get the weekly live classes, on-demand recordings, and practical somatic tools you need to drop your system's automatic defenses, unlock physical relief, and restore emotional ease—built explicitly for real-life bodies navigating chronic pain, physical tension, anxiety, depression, or chronic illness.

If you are trying to navigate hip pain, back tightness, chronic fatigue, or the daily static of anxiety, chasing temporary relief is exhausting.
Your nervous system doesn't learn a new way of existing from an occasional intense workshop—it adapts through gentle, repeated exposure to structural safety.
The Prism Movement Studio Membership is built for real-life bodies. It bridges the massive gap between a single 1:1 breakthrough and your messy, high-stress daily routine.
You don't need hours of free time. Your brain processes small, accurate doses of somatic input far better than forced, grueling workouts.
Whether you use this to maintain the deep shifts from your private sessions, calm an over-reactive nervous system, or as a standalone ritual, this is your neurological insurance policy against daily stress.
“I have seen and felt so many 'shifts' over the years, which has kept me moving in a much more fluid and healthy way. I am well aware of how important these classes have been for me and I often think of how grateful I am for them... and for Amy!”

A body mapping and movement experience done entirely on the floor. This is often the easiest class from a pure movement perspective, making it a perfect starting point for absolute beginners and experienced body mappers alike.
(If being flat on the floor is not accessible or comfortable for you, we recommend trying Arch Curl).
A body mapping and movement experience done entirely while seated on a stable chair or stool. This is an exceptional option for beginning mappers and those managing chronic fatigue or low energy days.
Please note that the targeted arm movements can feel slightly fatiguing at first—you are always welcome to modify and add more as your body gets comfortable.
A standing body mapping and movement experience that blends fluid, low-impact choreography with active body mechanics. This class is intentionally paced for people who tend to overthink, experience looping anxiety, or feel like they need to logically understand everything before they begin.
The continuous movement bypasses the analytical mind so you don't have time to stay stuck in your head.
A body mapping and movement experience with an athletic flair. This class incorporates specific props such as foam rollers, low step stool, standard height stool, pinky balls, or light hand weights.
This is our most advanced class option and is best suited for individuals with established movement skill or prior mapping experience.

You do not need to understand everything before you begin. The work is designed to be learned through practice.
No. This work is not about being fit, flexible, or good at movement. It is about awareness, information, and helping your nervous system understand your body more clearly.
Classes can be modified based on your body, your energy, and your capacity.
You can start small. If you have movement discomfort, pain, fatigue, or nervous system activation, begin with smaller doses. You might do the first 10 minutes of a class, repeat a simple practice, or choose a class type that feels more accessible.
You can also take advantage of the Q&A portion after class to get guidance or recommendations from our expert instructors.
If your symptoms are complex, intense, or difficult to navigate on your own, 1:1 support or a New Client Consult may be a better starting point.
If you’re new, start with a Mat class, Arch Curl class, Absolute Beginner Series class, or a mini-mapping practice.
Mat Class is often the easiest from a movement perspective. Arch Curl is a good option if being on the floor is not available to you.
If you tend to overthink and want to get out of your head, Motionsculpt may be a helpful place to begin.
Yes. Many 1:1 clients use the membership to continue practicing between private sessions. You can choose classes or topics that complement what you are working on with your practitioner.

It depends on the class. Many classes can be done with simple space to move, a chair or stool, or items you already have at home. Some classes, such as Equipment Mat, may use props like a foam roller, low step stool, standard height stool, pinky balls, or light hand weights.
Each class description will help you understand what you may need.
